TMO and LectorManga: Remove paginated mode for load chapter's images and fix TMO (#16343) 

* Remove paginated mode

* Use 'contains' instead 'endsWith'

* Clean

* Set rateLimit in 8

* Revert "Set rateLimit in 8"

This reverts commit 82a4cf73e2954c765e2c9b11e4e20b1a1d6a8312.

* Change default rateLimit

* Remove hardcoded UserAgent

* Fix duplicated images
