* Added MangaMainac Factory

* Update MangaMainac.kt

* Create MangaMainacGenerator.kt

* Added icons

* redudent due to multi source

* included in Mangamainac Multisource

* Update pkg and class names

* Update MangaMainacGenerator.kt
